This noble initiative was envisioned by our Founder, Mr. K. Ayil Naidu, whose goal was to bring the game of chess into the lives of children who otherwise might not have had the opportunity. His mission was clear: to unlock potential, inspire young talents, and create equal opportunities through chess.

What began as his dream is now a growing movement. His values and passion continue to live on through the AGKS team, and we remain deeply committed to carrying forward his legacy—discovering champions from every corner of society.
